As is well known, the options for golf courses in Israel are very limited. Today, there are only two active golf courses in Israel - in Caesarea and in Gaash.

Golf tourism has in recent years become one of the most prosperous and profitable tourism industries in the global tourism arena, which is becoming more and more competitive. But Portugal seems to be the first country in Europe to be educated to surpass the wave of golf tourism long before its competitors. This has created a relative advantage for itself, especially in the British market, which is looking for resorts where you can enjoy a pleasant climate and fine golf, preferably on a course with 18 holes. Portugal has close to 100 golf courses, some of which were built specifically to attract wealthy tourists. The assumption is that those who come for a golf vacation at least once a year, will prefer to stay in a luxury hotel, purchase equipment, get help from instructors, and of course pay the Green Fee - the price of daily use of their favorite golf course.

The amount ranges from 40 to 100 euros . The biggest success in recent years has been sites where the hotel is actually surrounded by a golf course, so the tourist stays most of the time in the hotel, and uses its services as well as the adjacent golf course.
